Form 5329-s Foreign country code should have value, I dont have any foreign income

Doing my taxes, in the federal section I get a form 5329, when I am done entering all my information includes the following : my W2, my wife W2 and 1099-NEC (this form is from her current employer as consultant before she became and full time employee). During the review I get the following message :Form 5329-S: Foreign country code should have value. Select the applicable.
