FORM 4562 - UNABLE TO ENTER/OVERRIDE LINE 16

TRYING TO USE FORM 1462, I SEE THERE HAVE BEEN PROBLEMS

SINCE JANUARY.

I AM UNABLE INSERT ANY DATA IN LINE 16, SINCE ALL OPTIONS

ARE GRAYED OUT....

TTx Deluxe, Business Asset questions do not allow me to add a residential property.
The only options are Nonresidential real estate, Qualified improvement property, Specific qualified improvements.
