Form 4562 Delay ???

What is going on with this Form 4562 delay - taxes done both Fed and CA but can't file because it keeps saying the Form 4562 Depreciation is not ready and I have been waiting for over 2 weeks. I am a long time TuboTax customer but this is totally unacceptable. What is going on with this - also tried calling but never got a real person. Starting to think I need to look at another Tax Prep software !!!!!
