Form 2210 is wrong. Part II Item D is checked in error.

In the turbo tax quesitonnaire I said I did not want to reflect taxes when actually withheld but to treat in equal payments. I have checked this several times yet Turbo tax is checking this box and entering my actual ta payments when paid.
