Form 2210 is broken

There are only 3 boxes to enter withholding instead of the required 4 boxes (one for each quarter). As a result the total doesn't add up.

My 2210, Part II, Line D shows tax withheld boxes for all 4 quarters (1/1-4/15, 4/16-6/15. 6/16-9/15, and 9/16-12/31. You might try performing "Check For Updates" to make sure you have all the latest forms and program updates.
