Form 2210 bug

Any updated on the bug with Form 2210?  TurboTax insists on adding this form for underpayment even though I'm due a return.  Forums make it sound like this a common error and likely a software glitch.  Any updates?

As of today (3/8/19) Form 2210 issue is fixed. Please update your TurboTax software. If you are using TurboTax Online, it is updated automatically. Please sign out, clear cache/cookies and sign back in.

As of 3/29/2020, my version (Online), after clearing cache and buffers, still has errors in the subform for Line D.

The entry cells for  the quarterly values are skewed and missing the cell for the 4th quarter and do not sum to equal  the total due.

Can you please confirm that this is a current error, or that I am not entering data correctly.
