Form 1099misc

Hi, my name is Victor. I have a question related 1099misc forms: If the property rent (residence rental) was paid to an account other than that of the property owner, to whom does the 1099misc go?

The 1099-Misc form would go to the person who is renting the property out, to the one who will report the rental income and expenses on their tax return.
