Form 1065

the program is telling me that it cannot finalize because the 1065 forms need to be updated.  I registered to receive email notification when they were ready, which I receive last week.  I am working on my taxes and have updated the program several time, however it is still telling me that the forms have not been updated and I can't file my taxes.  What am I suppose to do?

There is not much you can do other than try uninstalling and reinstalling the program and contacting Support (via the link below) for further assistance.
