Forgot your Intuit user ID or password?

We filed last year and forgot our ID and password. We created a new account but cannot retrieve last years statement to complete this years. Need to get into last years to complete task.

You can get help recovering your old account even if you've forgotten your user ID and password. It's better to use the old account since TurboTax cannot merge last year's information into your new account.
