I forgot to mail w2 form with my tax return so I know I am most likely getting a notice to send the w2 form to IRS. When can I expect that IRS letter informing me to send it? I have an ITIN if that matters differently.

When you are filing with an ITIN instead of a social security number, you are supposed to send your W2.
The IRS will send you a letter informing you of what you forgot, with instructions on exactly what you need to do and where to mail them.
Don't try to send them in on your own. You have to do this the IRS's way. Otherwise, your W-2's will never match with your return, and you'll have a real headache then.
Expect to receive the letter from the IRS in about 3 weeks, give or take a few days
