Forever Hang on page 4 of 9 of Income Section

The  program hangs (spinning blue cursor of death) on page 4 of 9 of the income section.  How can I get to next section without the program hanging forever?

Pressing the Next Income Section button causes the program to hang every time. This is after force quitting Turbo Tax and starting program again. 

Running on Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042

I may have the POS Edition. Seems so.

Try deleting your cookies, clearing your cache and rebooting. If that doesn't work, use a different web browser. See the following:

Thanks for the excellent suggestions. Those helpful hints must for a web app in a browser. 

I failed to explicitly state that I am using a download called TurboTax which is a Windows exe application.

I'm on the Mac version and it hangs - is there a work around?
