To clarify, is there an mount of income reported in Box 2 and federal tax reported in Box 7a?

Foreign person, 1042s income code 15, 4a exemption code 15, chapter indicator 3. No other income. How do I report that?

Box 2 is $804 and box 7a is $241. Chapter 3, 4a exemption code 15. This is the only US income that I had (I’m not a resident neither a citizen). Do I need to file taxes for that?
