Foreign entity has no ITIN

Looking input a foreign pension in the desktop version, creating a 1099-R but Turbo 2025 desktop, whilst recognizing a foreign address, keeps requiring a ITIN which the foreign entity does not have. Tried 55-5555555, 11-1111111 and 99-9999999. How do I get around this ?
