Foreign billing address and phone number

US expat living abroad. I have a US bank account and have my debit card for it but the billing address is not US. Is it ok for a payment method when paying turbotax fee ? I also have foreign credit card... Also I do not have US phone number, just have foreign number. Is that ok?

Yes, if you have US debit card with a US bank, there should not be any problem in using it to pay your Turbo Tax fees.

But under intuit account overview payment method, when i wanted to add a payment method it only accepts US or Canada. And the billing address field doesnt accept any other country either

When US expats are the only ones in the world who are required to file taxes, this is really inconvenient. Almost everywhere is like this. They should either change this laws or require tax preparers to accommodate expats.

Yes, you are correct. After checking this Turbo Tax source, Turbo Tax does require a US billing address to pay for the Turbo Tax product.

i cannot talk to anyone form that number. it asked my name last name email which is ok but then it asks for a 10 digit phone number. well my phone number is 10 digit AFTER the country code. so if i enter it it will be like entering a freogn number as if US number.... Again this is only designed for people in the US like everything else with total disregard of the rest of the world. Will Turbo Tax be able to accept a foreign billing address for the payment method can you check from there? Just one of many inconveniences for expats who must file EXACTLY the same as non expats.

No. Turbo Tax cannot accept a foreign address as a billing address at this time.
