I live in MD and payers name & address on my w-2g is Carnival Corp Miami, FL. Box 13 is blank ref to state/payers state id number. How do I report this on taxes ref to state where I received gambling winning income?

Florida does not have a personal income tax so there should not be any taxes withheld in box 15. Leave boxes 13, 14 and 15 blank (empty) on the W-2G.

I have about $13,000 of gambling winnings total in 4 different W2G slips. I lost more than $13,000 in gambling. TurboTax is not reducing the $13,000.
