For Utah my 529 is a 1099 Q tax form the same thing as a TC 675 H same form

I am completing the Utah state tax and Turbo tax is wanted me to answer the question about the TC 675H form with entering the gross distribution on the form.   Well I don't have a TC 657H form, and can't find out info on turb tax about this, but is a 1099 Q form the same (that's what was sent), can I just enter the information on this form in 1099-Q?   After I put the number in, turbo tax is saying it says the credit should not be more $219.00.

You can use form 1099-Q to get information on your 529 withdrawals.  The TC-675H should be issued if you are a Utah taxpayer who contributed to, withdrew from, or rolled money into your my529 account.  If you did not receive your TC-675H form, you can sign on to your my529 account or by contacting my529.
