For payer name, do I enter my name? Or my state? I'm confused because it says state/locality under Payer Name

If you are entering W-2 info, just enter the information as the W-2 is written. For the W-2 the payer is the company you work for. They withhold the taxes and pay to government.

Turbotax says my return was rejected, it says I put the wrong number down for my 2022 income, but when I click "fix my return" literally nothing happens.
