For form 2210, turbotax asks me to enter line D withholding. What am I required to do?

I am using form 2210 to avoid penalty since large portion of my income was in fourth quarter. I paid enough taxes sin the fourth quarter.
For form 2210, turbotax asks me to enter line D withholding. What am I required to do?

TurboTax is asking for the amount of federal income tax withholding for the year. This is only the amount withheld from your income and doesn't include payments you made for estimated taxes.

TT should display four boxes with dates for withholding in each of four quarters. With only one box without dates was very confusing. 

I have solved the issue by going back to  the tabs where I provided information about withholding in each quarter.
