You cannot pay estimated taxes through TurboTax.

Since the TurboTax online editions have shut down for 2020 you will not be able to use TurboTax to calculate estimated taxes for 2021.

You can use the worksheets in the IRS Form 1040-ES to calculate estimated tax payments - https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040es.pdf

You can make an estimated tax payment for tax year 2021 at any time on or before January 18, 2022.

Use the IRS payment website for the estimated payment using Direct Pay - https://www.irs.gov/payments
