I accepted fees to be deducted from refund. i need to delete all information and start over. how do i do this. i have not E - filed. I would appreciate any help

Everything I see says I cant scratch and start over since i got to the point of deducting fees from my refund I have not E-filed. I need to scratch and start completly over as I had to make some changes and it is not allowing me to make changes. Can any one help me
