If you have to start her return over, the following should help"

You will need to set up 2 accounts using 2 usernames and 2 passwords. You do not need 2 emails.

When you log in and enter your username and password,  below that it will have a green checkmark next to "Remember me."  You need to uncheck that box every time.

When you start entering your username and password,  a box will pop open saying, "We found another account using your email.'  Click on the 'No Thanks" at the bottom of the pop-up.

After you enter the 6 digit pin that you receive, you will see a screen that says "Look what we found."  It found the other account.  Just click "Not Now"
