Financially Support Someone over 30yrs

Can I claim financially support someone who also file tax and over 30 years old?

My kids are living at a house I own, but I don't get paid by them.

Not quite sure what the situation is. Who are the "kids? You cannot claim anyone over 23 who had income over $4200 --not counting Social Security -- in 2019 as your dependent, even if you are letting them live in your house.
