If you have not received the 3rd stimulus payment then you need to enter that information on the 2021 tax return for the Recovery Rebate Credit which will be included on your 2021 tax return and either be included in your federal tax refund or will reduce any federal taxes owed.

@DemarkusDowd97 the ONLY way to get the 3rd stimulus  is to file a 2021 tax return.  it will appear on Line 30 of Form 1040 as "recovery rebate credit".  THere is no separte form to just request the 3rd stimulus.
