I filed my taxes and the filing fee charges are incorrect. How can I fix those fees?

My filing fees are incorrect. The "club store credit" is being charged as a double debit.

Although Turbo Tax adds the club store credit as a credit to state filing fees, the charge to my credit card adds two times the club store credit.

Instead of paying the state filing fee minus the club store credit, I am asked to pay the state filing fee plus two times the club store credit.

We need additional details to be able to assist you further.  Are you stating that the credit isn't being applied correctly?  Where did you purchase the software?

Thanks for your reply. The filing fees were calculated correctly, after I indicated I wanted pay by credit card. I appreciate your following up.

@kat4410  Did you get the Desktop program installed and Activated with the 16 digit License Code?  Sounds like you might be in the Online web version instead of the Desktop program you bought.  

When you filled out your return was there a black column on the left side with the menu items?  That was online. The Desktop program has a blue menu bar across the top.

I see people all the time that have bought the CD/Download Desktop Software but then somehow ended up using the Online version and didn't know it.  If that happened to you,  you can move your Online file to the Desktop program and continue without paying for Online or needing to reenter your info. Post back if you need to know how to move it to your Desktop program.
