It says “FAILED_VALIDATION”. Update available. Before you can file you need to update, go to online and check for updates,

One other thing you could try is the following.
1) Shut down your TTX software.
2) then go to the following Manual Update website. (link below)
3) Download and install the manual update.....it take some time for it to install, so leave it alone for awhile
4) then restart TTX and try again....but run thru the various Federal and state error check first....
((((oh...5) Sometimes TTX issues an update that is even more recent than the manual update, so you may have to run the normal internal update again after the Manual Update finishes. But the Manual Update usually fixes some of the regular update issues))))
