Filing Jointly - one form or two?

When filing jointly, do both my husband and I fill out a tax form? Do both of us file jointly or are both of us included on one form.

If you are filing jointly, you have one tax return for both of you. You will enter all of your income, deductions etc. and Turbo Tax adds it to report on the tax return.
