Filing deadline

Filing for the first time so a bit confused.

I just filed my forms on TurboTax, and the estimated acceptance date of my files is 5/18/2021. With the deadline being 5/17/2021...Am I fine? I don't have any more taxes due, so I'm not sure what the circumstances are with the acceptance and due date. Should I file for an extension as a backup, or am I fine?
