filing CA State by mail after I eifiled my FED

California requires a copy of the FED with my State return.

So when when I file this by mail, do I have to manually sign the FED copy or just live it blank?

(FYI: I have never E-filed before, I have always printed, signed and mailed a signed FED copy with the State).
