Filing a joint 2018 tax return, but my wife died on 01/25/2019. do I sign my name and my name as surviving spouse for her name on the efiled returns?

You don't need to sign on her behalf.

In My Info/Personal Information, you will report her date of death.

The IRS will still accept your joint tax return for e-file.
