Filing 2023 return

I downloaded the program to do my 2023 return. Completed my return and now unable to submit the return. I also can't save the tax document as a PDF.

A 2023 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.  Change to File by Mail in the File section of the 2023 TurboTax desktop program.

In the File section of the program, to save the return as a PDF, click on Print/Save for Your Records.  Then click on the Save a PDF button
