And it still says pending is there a problem when my friend filed 2 days ago and hers says accepted

Not until the IRS opens on Jan 27, 2020 and your return is Accepted.  Until then it will stay Pending on Turbo Tax.

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

The IRS pulls small batches of tax return to test the IRS systems.   They do this ever tax year.
