Filed Federal Taxes with another site, can I file state taxes with Turbotax?

I have already filed my federal taxes using another site/program, however they did not have support/compatibility to file state taxes for one of the states I lived in during this tax year. Am I able to file my state taxes with TurboTax when I have already filed my federal taxes with someone else?

An option another site told me to use was to fill out the information for the federal taxes and have it mailed to my address while I can e-file the state taxes. Would this be feasible?

 When you use TurboTax the information flows from the federal return to the state return.  You cannot use TT to prepare a "stand alone" state return.  Try going to your state's tax website to see if you can file there.

A state return cannot be e-filed unless your federal return has been e-filed successfully and accepted by the IRS.
