I filed an extension for 2024 as we were waiting to recieve some extra paperwork.  I have a baby (U.S. citizen) that was born outside of the U.S. and we just secured his U.S. birth certificate but will likely be unable to secure a social security number until after the October 15th deadline.  Is there an additional extension that I can file?

No, there are no additional extensions.   You will be able to e-file a 2024 return until October 15, 2025; after that a 2024 return will have to be filed by mail.    If you are getting a refund there is no penalty for filing after the deadline; if you owe tax due, you will be subject to late filing penalties and interest.
