I’m trying to file and get the advance but when I log in it shows me last years info! How do I start over yo work on my 2019 taxes

First the 2019 ONLINE version will not be operational until sometime in December and then you cannot be offered any advance until the IRS goes live sometime in late January or early February. And even then the advance is not yours to choose... you cannot opt in ... if it is offered again this year it will only be offered to a select group who meet the criteria.
