You can prepare your Pontiac city taxes using TurboTax.  Please see the TurboTax Help article “Which city tax returns can I do in the TurboTax state program?” for more information.

In the Michigan interview, you'll come to a page where you're asked to click on your city so TurboTax can generate your city income tax return.  Just be aware that, even if you e-file your federal and state returns, you'll have to print out your city return and mail it in.

Is there a form within my profile for my city returns that is easily accessible for me to print out and mail in?

Mine say "do not file, form not complete" when I try to print my city taxes, even though Turbo Tax acts link l like all my taxes have been completed. What should I do so that I can mail my city taxes?

If you’re unable to print out a form, it’s because the form isn’t ready to be filed yet. Please see the TurboTax help topic below:

Why can’t I print out my forms?

We recommend that you sign up within TurboTax to be notified when your form is ready. When you try to print a form that's not available yet, you'll get a message with the option to sign up.

Please click on Review, on the left menu.  You may see a message "Some of your tax forms are not ready".  Below the message, you can select the link that says "I want to sign up for email notifications.
