Having the same issue for the same number of days! Called Fidelity and they weren’t aware of any issues, unfortunately.
Same problem here. Currently 10 days from last update.
This is the second month in a row I've had the same problem. My Mint account has not updated the Fidelity Rewards account since September 20. But, the same problem has occurred probably a dozen times in the past year. Mint support don't seem to know why this keeps occurring. They blame Fidelity. I've never had any issue with my bank's checking account. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR GETTING THIS RESOLVED?
The credit card processing service that Fidelity uses, Elant, is quite buggy. It has had issues with Tiller Money and with bank withdrawals. It seems to work for a while and then it doesn't; that's why I stopped using the Fidelity card.
