I'm using the Turbo Tax (Mac) form import for Fidelity. The connection works fine (userid, password etc) but it's only importing the 1099-R from my IRA contribution. It's not importing my other 1099-R from my 401k after-tax contributions. I see the missing form in Fidelity's online site directly, it's just missing from import. Does anyone know why? I am pretty sure that in 2021 it imported both successfully.

IF those 401k holdings are in the Fidelity NetBenefits area, then those 1099-R forms have never been importable into any tax software. I've always had to enter them manually for the past ~15 years
I double checked and this also didn't work in 2021. It seems that after-tax 401k conversions to 401k roth (mega backdoor) create 1099-R forms that for some reason don't import electronically
