Did you start your return at the special portal website linked from the Fidelity website? And have you gone to that special portal website each time to work on the return?  That's how it knows to apply the discount.   Is this the website you have been using:

It probably says "up to" $20, which means the amount depends on the product.   Self-Employed would be $20 discount, Premier $15 discount, and Deluxe a $10 discount.

If you haven't yet paid, do NOT pay.   TurboTax normally doesn't correct any affiliate partner discount issues once one has paid.   You can speak to TurboTax by phone during business hours.   The FAQ below will allow you to schedule a callback, and a phone number is also displayed.
