FICA not withheld for transition from F1 to H1

I was on F1 and my H1B approved in December 2020. My employer didn't withheld FICA (Social Security and Medicare) taxes for December 2020. According to employer it was my responsibility to revise my W4 at the time of my status change and there was no error on the employer’s side. They will begin deduction for 2021 but they are not able to provide a corrected W-2 (W-2C) for 2020 as accounts are closed for 2020. I have not yet filed my 2020 taxes. How can I pay this FICA taxes now?

Since FICA taxes are a Social Security issue, I would suggest you contact the Social Security Administration to find out if there are any additional requirements you need to do, if anything.  Log into the Social Security website for more information including contact information.
