Turbo tax is adding confusion to the submittal. You should know that I bought a desktop CD and that I would owe only the state $25 fee to continue processing my tax e filing. Maybe they should ask if I intend to use the credit card to complete the state filing rather than getting us all confused with the $45 fee.
