@xmasbaby0 Thank you! I will try that but I think I may also have another issue going on. My husband is filing with his ssn for the first time and his IRS account has it listed so we thought they knew it was him because they denied the ITIN now that he has the SSN. Even though they did the denial before we even knew about the ssn and added it to his IRS account, I read we have to send them a letter requesting they join the ITIN number with the SSN account as one and get rid of the ITIN for good. I wasnt aware of that. So I will try the 0 but also plan on taking the info into the IRS office asap. Thank you for your help
