I contacted TT again today - no update on the IRS problem with form 8960 - still an issue with no target date for resolution. I encouraged TT (through the live chat function) to preemptively reach out to customers with news rather than leave us hanging out there and fending for ourselves. No response to that suggestion. I have used TT for many years but this makes me think that they might not be the best option anymore due to poor customer service. Also, when I went to re-file, they asked me to pay again when I've already been charged. Anyone else run into this?
