Federal tax

When I get to the review portion of my taxes I see that Turbo Tax doesn't allow the state taxes as a duction it you paid over $10,000. I paid $10,141.00 and I feel I should be able to claim the $10,000.00,

That was a tax change, the limit is 10,000.

According to the IRS:

“Your deduction of state and local income, sales, and property taxes is limited to a combined total deduction of $10,000 ($5,000 if married filing separately).”
