Federal Review - Check This Entry Error

Hello

I am trying to complete my Federal Review and received the message: "Check this Entry. Tax & Interest Deduction Worksheet: Limit Int/points on 1098 should not be greater than xxxx". Tech support was not useful ("sign out/sign on", "wait 1 day").  I had found that there are multiple instances of this error online, but no answers yet. I tried to get in touch with IT or a supervisor to determine if there is a solution in place, or at least the timeframe to be fixed, but was instead told "I suggest you use another company because there have been a lot of errors over the past 24 hours". 

I haven't had issues (or poor customer service) with Turbo Tax before, but is it best if I just use another tax service? Or does anyone else know a work around for the error?

Yes, you are correct that there have been issues with the Mortgage Interest Limitation.
