Federal Rejected: Incorrect FEIN

My Federal tax return is being rejected because the 1099-R FEIN does not match what the IRS has. The name is entered exactly as the 1099-R shows as is the Payers TIN. TurboTax says I need to file by mail.

The format for the TIN is XX-XXXXXXX if you have verified that you have entered the correct TIN then you should contact the issuer of the 1099-R to verify what the correct TIN is. It is possible that there may have been a change in the TIN if so enter the changed TIN provided by the issuer. If the return is still rejected then you will have to file a paper return as there is a problem with the IRS matching the TIN provided with their records.
