Form 2210 is not required if you are paying an underpayment penalty with your return. If you want to figure a more detailed penalty (or give reasons why you shouldn't have to pay a penalty) then it would be included. You can add to the calculations for the form or show why you shouldn't receive a penalty then you can go to the 'Other Tax Situations' section of your federal return and scroll down to 'Additional Tax Payments' and click start next to 'Underpayment Penalties'. The system will walk you through calculations that can reduce yur penalty.
Thanks for the reply, Robert. I'm not disputing the penalty. I'm just looking for the math that calculated the underpayment penalty amount. I expected to see a worksheet in the Turbotax printout that showed the math.
If you follow the instructions here to print all forms and worksheets, it will print out the form to show the math for this.
