Federal and State E-file for CA

I completed both Federal and State income tax forms and paid the CA fee to e-file but e-file did not send the forms to the respective institutions. I just received a message that I might need a new update. I purchased Turbo Tax for 2022 one month ago so it should not require an "update". I'm very displeased to say the least.

    When will you fix the glitch in your system so I can e-file my Federal and State (CA) completed 2022 tax forms in Turbo Tax? Also, if I need to mail my forms I would like to be reimbursed for the e-file charge I paid.
