Fed Refund still processing

• Turbo tax did not include my Covered Cal. The IRS wanted a form which I’ve mailed to them and three months later my refund is still not processed! Help!

PRE-LITIGATION NOTICE:

During these "difficult times", the IRS has issues verifying my identity from married to head of household. Until the matter is resolved, a stop payment has been placed. Please advise if you have any useful information. The IRS does not deny I have a credit due for child tax credit. Should the matter not be resolved by mid June, I will need to hire a tax attorney.
