False Advance Loan in System

My 2024 rwx return has been pending more than 24 hours. I was told that it was because of a refund advance that had been rejected, but I never applied for the advance. I know for sure that I selected direct deposit. My bank account is listed on the actual returns. And they said I will hear back from a bank, but. I never consented to sharing my information with a third party. Now, my return is in limbo and has not been sent to the IRS. What can I do here?
