Failed Validation error code when trying to e-file for Massachusetts

I got a "FAILED-VALIDATION" error when trying to e-file my Massachusetts taxes. I was successful e-filing my Federal and Arizona taxes (Arizona was a non-resident filing). The error message said I needed to update TT, but it says it's already up to date! The TT review of my taxes shows no errors. I've already paid for e-filing the return. Any suggestions?
